System Overview
The system applies the configured test pressure, controls stabilization time and evaluates pressure change using the Pressure Decay method. NI DAQ acquires pressure data while the PC processes pressure drop and test results.

Product Loading → Leak Test → Result Judgment → Logo / Barcode Label Printing → Label Application → MES Data Storage
Label, MES & Traceability
After testing, a label containing the company/product logo and Barcode is printed and applied to the product. Test results and product information are stored in MES for inspection history and traceability.
