End-of-Line Production Test
This equipment is used at the End-of-Line stage of an actual customer production line. With the LED driver module connected to the product, it applies the specified power and test signals to verify actual-product functions and measure electrical characteristics. NI DAQ acquires the test data for PC-based processing and storage.

Barcode identification loads the model-specific Test Recipe. Measurement data and automatic PASS / FAIL results are associated with the product record for traceability and stored through MES integration.
